Online Training Packages
We offer two personalized online training packages designed to meet your specific nutritional and fitness goals. Choose between options with or without video coaching, available on a monthly basis to suit your needs.
Personal Training
Our personal training sessions are now available in a hybrid format, allowing you to train either face-to-face in our studio or online through our Pocket PT service. You can access these sessions via our training packages or book one-off sessions directly through our website.
We also offer a complimentary 30-minute assessment for all clients. Appointment Only (Available Online or In-Person)
