Are you Hydrated Enough?



So you think you're drinking enough, but how to you know? We've already shared with you about checking the colour of your wee, but doing the pinch test is abit nicer, eh?


Simply pinch your skin and see how long it takes to spring back to its regular position.


The speed that your skin springs back is a good indicator of whether your drinking enough and also that you are drinking the right thing. You might think you are doing well by drinking tea and coffee all day, but does your skin tell a different story?!


Water is the best thing to drink to keep you hydrated and healthy. I am sure you don't need to be told, but make sure that you stay away from those sugary drinks too....
